Join Inner Hive, Bryony Giboin and Myrto Lykopoulou as we take a weekend together in the healing nature of the Greek mountains. 

 

A weekend to unleash your creative spirit as we play with clay and yoga! Bryony will be guiding you through sequences on the mat that help to open up the creative energy within ourselves to then move into our ceramic time with Myrto. No experience is needed just an open heart and a willingness to be creative and have a playful time! 

Our weekend will be held in the beautiful and calming Re-Green EcoCulture Center nestled away in the mountain countryside.  We loved our last adventure here at Re-Green we can't wait to take you back with us!

 

Re-Green is built with healing and connecting to Gaia as its core belief, a truth we hold dear to our hearts. The venue is located in the mountainous countryside of the northern Peloponnese in Seliana, a picturesque village on the mountains of Achaia and a 2 hour car ride from the centre of Athens.

 Yoga classes will be guided for all levels, so everyone is welcome to join in. Together in the stunningly eco made Maloca (yoga shala) along side our asana practise we will have time to enjoy guided Meditation, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra. As always expect lots of care and attention from Bryony through your time away.

You also don't need any previous experience with clay for this weekend, come as you are and Myrto will guide you to unleash your creative spirit on to the clay. Your creations will be fired back in her studio in Goudi ready for you to pick up at a later date. Ceramic lessons include all materials and plenty of attentiveness from Myrto!

You will also have time to explore the nearby waterfalls, local village relax in the garden or even take a dip in the natural pool! All meals will be taken care of with ingredients coming straight from the centre's garden, all of which is organic, local, seasonal and cooked on site.
